Worst delivery company. Waited all day Saturday and Sunday for a pick up of a defective washer. Never showed either day. Called and the excuses are all over the place. IE: truck full, your new washer was delivered and old one picked up. Long hold times. None of the customer service workers tell you the same thing. Every call results in a different excuse. Lowes and Retail Direct are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had a washer delivered and it was scraped, dented, and dropped off 15 feet from the hook up and I was told they do not hook them up. I hooked the washer up myself and due to it not being level, which they were also supposed to do, the drain hose came out and flooded my basement. I called Retail Direct and spoke with customer service and I was instructed to get a clean up crew and I would be reimbursed for the expenses($2,200) My claim was denied and now I cant get anyone to return my calls. ***** wont do anything to help either, they hired Retail Direct and need to take responsibility for their wrong doings!Review fromGabrielle G

Came to deliver the project 2.5 hours early. We weren't ready for them and now I can't get ahold of them. What a run around, between ****** putting me on hold for half an hour and now I've been on hold with retail direct for 40 minutes. What a waste of time.Review fromMalcolm M

One of the worst 3rd party company to deal with when dealing with Lowes in **** state and ******** . Very poor Management in those two states as you can investigate that Retail Direct lose their contract out there due to **************** Damaging alot of Customers items and the whole nine yards . I use to work out there under ****** contract which was the biggest mistake in my life . He cheat his employees on their checks , work them 7 days straight without any days off , He let all his employees do drugs while working on the job . He treat his employees like c*** , Some of ****** trucks falling apart , no AC in a few of them working in a hot heat . I must start this review saying the delivery of our first refrigerator (purchased from Lowes) was good. However, when we had to exchange it (it wasn't cooling properly) for another model, we had numerous issues with the second delivery. Were told they would deliver between 8:00 am and 12 noon last Monday. They never showed. No one at Lowes could give any updates - their excuse was that they used a third party delivery company (Retail Direct) and didn't have delivery driver information (names, phone numbers, trackers). I was on the phone ALL DAY LONG with both Lowes and Retail Direct and was given the round around by both companies. Retail Direct said they would try to contact one of their drivers, put me on hold, never got back on the line. Was put straight through to voice mail every time I called after that. The folks at Lowes did the same thing. Found out the next day (!!) from Lowes that Retail Direct attempted to deliver our fridge to the house that we moved out of 10 years ago. Again Lowes said they had no way to track the drivers. Terrible way to run a business. Shame on Lowes for using this company. I'll never buy an appliance from Lowes again.Review fromNeely M

delivered a refrigerator from ******. Out of the Box it had no damage until they brought it into my house. Scrapes and dings and dents all over the place. Went to ****** and they were gracious enough to exchange it. This time it was supposed to come with mr ****** They were supposed to exchange the refrigerator and bring a stove and take my old ****** They never brought the cord for the new stove so they left it in my dining room. Refused to take original ****** Forgot to bring the refrigerator, so they were not able to take the old refrigerator. 2nd time retail direct was supposed to deliver the new fridge, the time from they gave me was wrong, somebody kept calling to tell me it was going to be later and later. Finally I get a call at 8 o'clock at night telling me the truck broke down. Guy says he will get it delivered next day. Never get a call from ****** for delivery so I call ******. Lowes says tetail direct never called and put it on the manifest for that delivery so I'd have to wait another day. Sitting and waiting now, Original window was supposed to be between 9 and 1. Just got the call telling me it was now going to be between 11 and 2. This company is the biggest joke I have ever come across. I don't understand why ****** puts their reputation in danger by using a company that can't fulfill their delivery needs correctly.Review fromDavid K

This is the worst company around to do deliveries. I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes and the delivery driver on 6/23/22 was supposed to deliver it, he was rude and refused to deliver it because I told him that I will take care of my storm door and that he can go get the item. He refused and threw his hands up and stormed off having a temper tantrum. They are the worst around and companies need to stop using Retail Direct LLC.Review fromKathleen C

The company is terrible. We will not do business with Lowes again for anything requiring a delivery as long as this company is the one doing the delivering. They damaged the floors in a brand new home. We have been going back and forth on the claims process. A month ago they sent settlement paperwork with incorrect information. We advised them and they corrected it, but then proceeded to send the check with the incorrect name. When I emailed them letting them know, the Claims processor stated " The settlement release form that was sent contains all the information that was sent from ******. If this was incorrect it should have been notated when returning the signed document. This is why we request that all claimants review before signing. You will have to return the check. Once received a new one will be re-issued to you." Not only did we read the settlement, we requested a correction BEFORE we signed it, received the correction and now we are been talked down to like we are at fault. I have no issues returning the check, but I have no faith in them to actually acknowledge if they receive it and do the right thing. Based on the processors attitude, honestly this seems like an intentional stall tactic. We cannot cash the check with the incorrect name, and even though it is their fault, they are not willing to accept responsibility for any of the situation.Review fromManuel R

Do not do business with RTD they are not a good company do business with. I am a third party contractor and i was able to get contracted by them. They failed to pay my LLC for the work me add my employees had done. When asked about it they kept stalling not giving me a real answer why they did not pay. They had me in a loop i wasn't getting nowhere and they still haven't gotten me paid. The field managers are so useless they don't care about customers or contractors. RTD makes the daily delivery routes not convenient at all for the customer or the contractor most of the time making the contractors look bad. I really think Lowes should hire another company for their deliveries.
