Very happy with new windows and service from Renewal by Andersen Windows. Upon installation it was noted by Renewal by Andersen Windows that a screen was ripped. Today ***** replaced screen, washed window, asked if I had any questions, and checked from outside to be sure windows were properly sealed. Thank you for great service! Renewal by ******** (RBA) is an excellent window replacement company that truly stands by the quality of their work. One concern I initially had when purchasing the windows was that the screens were proprietary and not easily replaced. However, they assured me that the screens are guaranteed for life against any issues. Years later, after regular wear and tear from lawn maintenance, painting, and construction, I discovered a couple of torn screens. I contacted ***, and the screens were replaced at no cost. ***** from *** came out today, replaced the damaged screens, and even inspected the other windows. In my opinion, that's top-notch service.Renewal by Andersen of Atlanta
