      I have been using this bill-paying service for about 18 years with no issues. I recently changed my payment method. They verified the payment information by placing two small deposits in my new checking account and took it out with a debit. I did this a month in advance of my bills being due, so there would be no overlaps. The new payment method was verified. I removed the old payment method. Somehow they still managed to bill the wrong payment method, which they claim was unpaid, but they suspended my account, so I cannot see what the issue is. They sent me to their "internal billing department", which is a different company (Fiserv). ******* answered the phone by immediately asking for my checking account #. I would not give them that information, as it is an insane request. I told them I had security questions set up to verify my account and would be happy to answer those questions. They refused and argued with me.They refused to send me an invoice or any type of proof. But, I did not want this to end up on my credit report so I persisted. After arguing back and forth (they kept hanging up on me) I finally gave them a credit card payment in the amount they said I owed in order to unlock my acct (if you think this sounds like blackmail, you are correct!) I used a virtual card I knew I could dispute. The charges show up immediately. I was told I would get an email confirmation and that my account would be unlocked in a few minutes. No surprise I did not get an email and the account is still suspended. The only reason I wanted to unlock it was to CANCEL it. I cannot call them back, because they will still just ask for my checking account number, which obviously they are not getting from me. They refused to acknowledge the proof I have from them taking putting in the small deposits and removing them from my bank in order to verify my new account. Horrible customer service. I think I was scammed, which I did my best to avoid
