    Very poor work , Carpet was more dirty than it was before they can . Called and complained they can back with the same carpet and equipment person again., same results only worse . Called again and they said they would have their Manager called me but he or she never did. I have used them before and always got good results but I will never ever use them again. Now I will have to probably take them to small claim court to replace my carpet on my stairs. I have taken pictures of their work and not good. BUYERS BEWARE .......

    We regret that we were unable to satisfy our customer with regard to being able to restore his soiled carpet to the condition he was hoping for. When he first called in his dissatisfaction we set up a free reservice at his convenience and went back out to try again. Some stains are simply irremovable.. We are refunding to him the entire amount. It is noteworthy that the customer used us in 2017, 2018 and 2021 with no problem.
