      Bought the total care warranty, supposedly the best warranty these con artist provide. Gasket blew on my exhaust. Clearly on the warranty coverage it states the "gaskets", hoses, belts etc was covered. After spending $3500 for an extended warranty I have to still spend money for covered repairs. I will be filling a consumer complaint with the Attorney General. These people are crooks and need to be stopped and sent to prison for fraud. I'm waiting for the mass tort

      This is the worst warranty process I have been through. The communication has been terrible. They will do about anything to keep from covering anything. 100% do not recommend.

      The financier of the ****** Springfield dealer in ******** forced me to sign documents so that they could give me a loan for a used car. But that was not so much the problem now Easycare does not want to pay for the engine repair due to high oil consumption the dealer's workshop wants to change the block but they want me to pay for the opening of the engine out of my pocket because easycare wants to see first if they cover it or not The repair is a fraud, this company.

      I purchased a Easy Care *********** policy for over $2,000 in 2022 when purchasing a 2014 Honda Odyssey. I took my van in as my driver's side heating was not working and the dealership stated that the heating core was not working on the drivers side. Easy Care explained that they would not cover this as it was a blockage and was due to lack of maintenance and flushing of fluids. I explained that the vehicle's fluids had been flushed in 2021 and I had driven the car less than ****** miles from the time the fluids had been flushed and maintance was not due. Easy Care continued to explain that "there is nothing we can do" and was not willing to assist in any way (covering even a small portion of the 1800 bill). This is the second time they have refused to cover an issue on the car that was sold as "bumper to bumper". I cannot stress enough what a mistake it was to get an extended warranty with Easy Care. It is possible that there are good extended warranty companies for used vehicles, but my experience with Easy Care has ensured that I will never purchase an extended warranty ever again with any company.

      Would not send payment check to the address on my contract. They sent it to the wrong address. Will not reissue the check until the bank sends an email with their letterhead confirming the address on the contract is correct. Would not agree to have a conference call with the bank loan officer. Its been 6.5 weeks since my claim was filed.

      We have a 2018 **** Escape bought from ************ **** in ************ *********. When we bought the vehicle, we took out an extended warranty from ************ ****.. The name of the extended warranty company is EasyCare. The coverage was bumper to bumper, ******* miles or five years whichever came first. At around ****** miles there was a clunk with the transmission when I would reach the speed of 35 miles per hour.I took the vehicle in to ********************* in ********** *********. The transmission was replaced with a rebuilt one from EasyCare. ********************* wanted to put in a new transmission Then I would have a warranty 3 years or ******* miles EasyCare did not want too. After I got the vehicle back. I noticed another chunk with the Transmission when I reached 14 miles per hour. I took the vehicle back to *********************. ***** the Service Manager said drive the vehicle for about ****** miles so the transmission can learn your driving habits. So I drove the vehicle ***** miles until I reached ****** miles. ** change with the transmission. Took the vehicle back to *********************. Talked with ***** again, he stated the same thing as last time. So I drove the vehicle for ****** miles. ******** I had a warranty on the rebuilt transmission. I called *********************, the manager ***** at ********************* to express my concern. Then I called the EasyCare sometime at the end of January 2024. I informed customer service what was going on. They stated if *************** would have called them before I hit ******* miles they would have been able to help me out. I think there is no reason why I need to pay anything because *************** **** dropped the ball by not calling EasyCare when I first mentioned a problem with the rebuilt transmission. Even with the rebuild there should have been some kind of a warranty. **w I have about ******* miles, and still having issues. ***********************

      I wish that I could give them less than one star! This company is a total scam. My car was completely totaled by a tree in a storm in July 2023. After my auto insurance company paid out the totaled amount on my car, I proceeded to pursue a refund on my auto warranty. I talked to an Easy Care representative in late September and completed the refund form with all needed attachments requested in the form and sent it to Easy Care on October 6th. This included a letter from my insurance company along with the car loan payoff and a copy of the vehicle odometer statement that was forwarded to the State. All I heard from them was crickets!!!! I finally remembered to call them again on February 23rd, 2024 at which time, they told me that I would need to have the ***************** include the mileage in their letter, or get the Odometer mileage statement notorized. I provided both to them on the same date. Now, March 4th, I call again, and they are asking me for a Total Loss Evaluation. Number one: this is not a requirement of items listed on the actual contract. Number two: It was never required before. All of this smacks as "one more item" until I give up. They foisted my off on "they will talk to the cancellation department"and they will contact me. I asked them, 'why should I expect that they will call me back, when they have never called me back to date?" Needless to say, they **** and will not give me my refund.

      When I first purchased my vehicle in 2021, I was informed by *********** Cadillac that Easy Care was the best warranty plan. I have lived long enough to realize that is False!!Easy Care is the worse warranty company around. They will try every effort to blame you for the failed auto part. It is there ultimate goal to maximize profits even if it means taking away from the customer. Creating financial setbacks with breach of contracts and lies.In addition, Easy Care will send company inspectors to reverse Manufacture automotive decision making or double check Ford/GM/Chrysler mechanic set of eyes to prevent paying the claim. Easy Care is janky, please be aware. Do not sign up for a warranty plan with this company.

      Very disappointed with Easy Care for taking my money for 2 years and declined to cover any repairs on my vehicle after it stopped working!!! Now I understand why most dealerships in my area dosen't do business with them because they say that they"don't like to pay" when you need them to! Scam artists!!!????????????????????

      Awful, horrible customer service and clearly push hard on not approving covered components.I had to read the contract over and over with the customer service agent and have them contact the adjuster and have the manager call me so that I could get a part approved that was on the contract.Shady business, NOT renewing with them!
