      OMG!! Our motorhome dealer basically pushed this coverage on us. They are absolutely terrible with repair coverage!!!! To include gimmicks to not pay repair claims!!! For example: They will cover a part, but NOT pay shipping for the part?? It's true. Look at OTHER companies before using this one OR make sure you READ EVERY line of the extensive contract to ensure you understand that technically you will be paying more than just the deductible.

      I have EasyCare and found out today my expiration term had been expedited because I didnt fulfill my service interval schedule. I bought my car in 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic, and as you know the world was on locked down. I was regulated to home and barely drove any where, so oil changes and maintenance was not necessary. Since the end of the pandemic, I have fulfilled my service intervals according to the contract. I think there should be some ***** giving because of the extreme nature at the time that inhibited me from the suggested maintenance schedule.

      Easycare gap is horrible I filed a claim a couple weeks ago and there taking there time processing the information and then after the agent seen everything sent once a week they reject some of the documents 2weeks ago I ****** car financial institution send them the documents they never sort the documents and attach it to my claim instead it's been sitting in holding mean while they keep sending emails once every other week asking for documents they already have there no communication with gap and the dealership or the car financial institution I'm paying for this gap contract doing all the work and getting very slow results my car insurance company paid my car Acv value out in less than a week it's almost 2 months since the car was paid out but still no gap services honoring the contract someone needs to step in it's very shady business tactics I feel like there doing this to benefit them and there partners while we struggle ??

      They tell you when sign up for GAP if your insurance doesn't cover the balance of the load buy us buy us and we will definitely pay the remaining balance. This world is becoming so money hungry it's sickening. No they don't pay the remaining balance. Funny how regular hard work citizens get laws and abide by them, but insurance companies and dealers can get away ripping you off

      I had the ************ warranty On my GMC Yukon Denali. I hit a wooden block on the highway that popped the tire and broke the wheel making the car un-drivable . The car was towed to the dealership . EASY CARE denied the claim For the wheel stating that I drove on it too long to my service advisor at ***. Which is completely FALSE!! They called me directly and when asked if I drove on it, I said No, I stopped immediately because the car was disabled Making driving on it impossibleThey give you no ability to dispute. Even my service advisor at *** was surprised at their response. Highly recommend you do not purchase their warranty. After reading the responses from easy care, I will go ahead and provide the claim number so that there is no we cant find the person excuse CL11540455

      Absolute WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. I have a call recording of their *** admitting they lied to me. Absolutely refused to give me a supervisor. Under no circumstance should you ever think about using this business. My issue was a simple GAP REFUND!

      Telling us they will not cover an engine replacement because there is sludge in the oil... Oil was changed on time on schedule and the Dealership backs up the data. This is not over but we are appealing the decision and will never buy an extended warranty from this company ever again...

      My transmission has ****** miles on it. The dealership in *********************** has had my 2019 F150 for 3 weeks, they recommend the Transmission be replaced. I purchased easycare when I financed the vehicle. The dealership has been getting the run around for over a week. Each time they speak with someone they are told something different. They told me when I called on January 30th, all they were waiting for was a picture of the sticker in the door panel, and the size of the tires. Since then They have suggested 3 different fixes. We are currently waiting for them to send an inspector to the dealership. This process should take 3 more days. Easycare is definitely not easy. I would not recommend using them

      Didn't cover a thing! I had to pay $800. I will be reaching out to the finance ***** to get rid of this awful warranty. What failed on my Jeep should have been covered. Even the dealership agreed! I will also be spreading the word, DONT GET THIS WARRANTY!!

      This place is the worst their contracts are specifically made so they dont have to cover anything. Ive been in the military and for 12 years and owned almost 8 vehicles in my life and never have had this problem. I purchased a vehicle and drove it less than 5000 miles and experienced engine problems and since the day I brought it in to the dealership I had to fight these guys on everything needless to say I lost and now dont have a vehicle and no ride to work. Also the dealership has had my vehicle for 4 months and its been rough for me and my family to manage with one vehicle. If anyone sees this message please stay away from this insurance company.
