    Mats don't fit and they won't five me a refund even though the website says 30 day money back guarantee. They are dishonest and lots of reviews saying the same thing.

    Don't do it. Have been fighting with them for 2 years. Sent me the wrong mats for my car. Have said they would be back to me in 24 hrs with either refund or replacement. Again, 2 friggin years ago and now they won't even answer me

    These car mats are a joke! I spent $200 to get a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas and got a pile of garbage that will end up in the ! trash!!! Please be aware and do not order anything from this company

    First of all I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from them. Just like stated in the previous reviews I did exactly what they said. Sent in a picture of our 2013 ******** G wagon with year and make for a cargo liner. It took longer then expected because it came from ***** which I did not know. When we finally received it, it came in pieces with a pack of Velcro and no instructions. Just like stated in another review did not look like anything in their pictures. I couldnt believe how flimsy it was. There were cutouts where cutouts shouldnt be. I have pictures. You can only contact this company through chat. After 4 messages I was told I couldnt talk to someone live because they dont have a customer service to cut down on costs. Finally after digging deep I found a return address in GA. By time someone finally responded we had already boxed it back up and sent back. It came in a flimsy plastic bag and they stated it must be returned in original packaging, no way would it fit back in the bag. I got confirmation that it was delivered. Once again I communicated through chat that we got notification that it was delivered and still no refund. The impression that this company gives us is someone is working out of a garage, created an internet site, contracts with ***** and hired an independent answering service through chat. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH!!! This was to protect our carpet when are dogs are with us. Do yourself a favor and buy one from petsmart. Still waiting for our refund!
