  Dear My Rent Source LLC,I am writing to seek assistance regarding financial losses I have incurred due to unresolved mold issues in your rental property in *******************Upon moving into the rental home, we discovered significant mold problems that were not addressed despite repeated requests. Due to the danger this posed to my disabled child, who suffers from chronic lung disease and asthma, we were forced to vacate the property just seven days after moving in. Ensuring my child's safety is my top priority as a mother. While we did receive a refund for the rent paid, this amount did not cover the additional expenses we incurred, such as temporary housing and storing our belongings in a U-Haul. The total additional cost amounted to $1,421.21.I am requesting reimbursement for these additional expenses and would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance in recovering these costs. As a property manager, I understand the complexities involved in managing properties, but tenant concerns and rights should also be a priority. It is essential for landlords to uphold their responsibilities in ensuring that rental properties are habitable and properly maintained.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,*********************************

  Hi *********, as soon as we learned of the issues in the home, we provided you with a full refund of all that you had paid. We are not able to reimburse you for the other expenses.   My Rent source, I am beyond sad as I expressed my thoughts on ******* As stated in several emails to the owner of the company along with the managers under him, I was treated very unfairly. I was talked to as if I was some black girl working as a maid. I was maltreated and mistreated. I am unsure if it was just because of my race or my leadership skills, but I know both played a big part. I saw past the racial discrimination I was dealing with since I have children that I have to take care of. Being a mother of 8 you learn to accept things that you should not accept and do things for the best of the family. I was talked to on several occasions very rude degraded and disrespected. I have countless emails to show how I was treated. I have paper trails to show I was treated. I was let go not because I did anything wrong. They told me they were letting me go because "I was unhappy" It's plenty of people work in places that they are unhappy with with. I came to work on time. Did my job. I never had an owner or a tenant complain about me. Go take a look at my ****** reviews. Letting me go was personal. I brought up several complaints to the company on how they and the employees was treating me, and was told to **** it up. I have never worked with a company and have been treated the way My Rent Source was treated. Yes, they have had other Black people there but after speaking with a few, I was told they felt the same as I did. I also found out that tenants have felt this way, due to being black. Just because A person is black doesn't stop you from hiring them. I was a great employee. My ****** reviews, the owner's email, and tenant emails will show. But because there were others who just didn't like me due to the color of my skin and my leadership skills, I was let go. This will not go unnoticed. ***************************

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!This is the worst property management company that you could ever deal with. They dont care about the tenants and will illegally charge you for repairs that arent a tenants responsibility at all. They will lie to you in person and then turn around and do the complete opposite.I wish that I could give them zero stars as that is what the deserve. Take your business and money elsewhere, dont walk RUN away from this company as fast as you can.

  Please be aware of this company. They are terrible from start to finish. I owned my home for 12 years, sold it and needed a rental property in between purchasing a new home. I kept the home clean and paid rent on time. I just moved out after paying over $500 for cleaning. They still took $500 from my security deposit. $40 for a $5 ******* blind? This place is full of scam artists and terrible customer service and maintenance. If I wasn't in such a bind, I would have never have used them. The people who work in ****** are absolute trash.

  They were our property management company for over 4 years. The property we have been renting was sold and we found out how truly special this company was. They treat tenants with respect and dignity. Any maintenance problem was dealt with immediately. I thank them for the service they gave us. Dealing with the new property maintenance reinforces to me how awesome they were.
