      My bank accidentally reversed my payment to my insurance agency and Maxey is listed as my agent under my policy; when i called to get an understanding the owner answered and i was met with an attitude and told that they wouldnt give me insurance either and kept responding with smart remarks.

      I called to get a quote and was shocked by how rude the receptionist was. After reviewing my driving history, she bluntly said, "Your driving history is horrible. I don't have anyone that'll take you," and then hung up. She also gave me incorrect information about my accidents, which didn't match my MVR. Regardless of my driving history, she should treat people with respect. I will never recommend Maxey Insurance to ANYONE!! I was able to call another company and they accepted me, Thank God i didnt have to go with this evil company!!!

      I called to get insurance for my husband who just bought a car from his friend yesterday. The older Gentleman asked if I had insurance currently and I told him no because he just bought the car. He told me he is cleaning the tiolet and when he is done he will call be back. I was so surprise, I said excuse me and he replied "piss off" and hang the phone up on me. When is it that people talk to customers like this. Who would want to patronize a business that speaks to potential customers like that. I called the ****** location. Maxey Insurance is the worst.
