    This place is a joke they will not let me in my account and I verified all my info they need to be shut down

    I filled a dispute on a transaction that I did not make long story short I was eligible for a provisional credit if they didnt complete by feb 4 2025 I use this account for my children ssi which was sent here on Jan 27 which was took to cover some of the negative balance so today I received the credit and my children deposits were available to use I went to the store trying to use it kept saying declined they have it to where I cant use my money for nothing so they can take it back
