  One of TireSouth employees hit and stretched the paint off my Range Rover. I brought this to the manager attention, he told me to take my vehicle for an estimate and now nobody is answering my calls on when I can drop my vehicle off for repairs and to pickup a rental.

  I went to get a tire today for a road hazard I have with the location. I had to wait for 4 hrs to fix one tire. I then had to wait 3 hrs for the shop to tell me that the tire needed replacing, which I already knew. Then after the service was completed, I spoke to the manager and he showed no empathy and stated that I had to wait in line like everyone else. After speaking to the manager he stated that he would suggest that I never come back for their service, even though I spent over 500 dollars at this location in the last ******************** the area by the shop and to tell a customer that lives by your business not to come back because the shop was not working professionally shows they dont care about customer service. The manager had no apologies or anything. If I was white, I think his tone would have been a lot different than telling me to go somewhere else. I hope the whole staff learns that wasting hrs to do a simple job will not bring any service back to the location.

  My infotainment screen was damaged while getting a routine tire change. There was a small crack in it before visiting, but that crack was there for over 2 years and never got worse. After getting my tire changed, the screen was cracked significantly worse than before. Not only did the manager of the ****** Mill store refuse to admit that it was their mistake, he was rude and condescending. They did $500 worth of damage to my vehicle when they should never have went inside my car in the first place. Avoid this business at all costs. They are bad at what they do and they are not honest people.

  My experience isnt a good one. I brought a set I new tires from them at end of may. The bad tires feel very loose and wobbly. I have visited them three times about the same problem and its still not fixed. I dont know if its a race thing, im a women or just a bad mechanics. Im so tired of running to them to fix the same problem. I shouldnt to go somewhere else to pay and fix their problem. I just want my vehicle to drive like it should with new tires.

  The company automatically put protection on my tires which is is a good thing because now 1 of my new tires are flat after only having them for a month. I was initially told the protection would cover the whole tire for the life of the tire and that I wouldn't have to pay for it if I got a flat. When I called to get this taken and to inquire about how my tire got flat after only having them for a little over 30 days, Christian(without even looking at the car) accused me of doing something wrong with the car to cause a flat. He went from saying the coverage will pay for a new tire if I can get my car towed a mile away to them; to saying that I may have to buy another tire from them or pay for labor mounting/balanncing etc. The story changed 3 times when talking to him. I see that other consumers who had similar complaints, ****** reviews are removed.
