    Ordered countertops from ******, @$6000. Granco was the assigned contractor for measuring and materials. The guy laser measured and was wrong on one wall. The company installing was Sage Surfaces. At 4pm on installation day, two guys, neither spoke English, came and began work....Rather than take slab back to be recut, they cut into the sheetrock and left a hole. Also, lower cabinets were dinged in several places and one cabinet broke when trying to get old countertop off. He was able to glue that back and I guess the weight of slab held it in place. I notified Granco and Sage about damage and sent pics. After several weeks and the run around, a guy, ***************************, told me that they cut in to sheetrock all the time. The installers left a hole, an indention, and scratched window frame where they used the saw . ****** said his guys don't work on sheetrock, and not his problem... to contact ******. I read my contract about minor repairs after work done, but measuring wrong and forcing a correction is not my mistake.After another week or so, ****** did pay for my repair work, reluctantly. Realize these people are not BBB affiliated and really no recourse...but to express my opinion of these businesses....buy from ****** but get a reputable company to install.
