    Avoid ************************* at any cost! He is probably the worst Contractor we have ever used. We were new to *********** and he just skinned us. We paid him $33,000+ as 10% of the total rehab budget but he never was able to pull the permit or do the required job. He did not send us accounting of what he spent the money for despite repeated requests nor pull the permit nor refunded us our money. He just wasted our 4-5 months. Even the *************** permit officers were aghast with his responses. He did not do what they asked him to. He is such a liar. We had to sell and **** $45,000+ losses, not to talk of $33K we lost to him! Our worst experience ever. This bad karma will come back to haunt him one day.
