  Very happy with their professional consultation and excellent service. They were very responsive and kept their word/promise to deliver on the agreed services mentioned during my initial consultation meeting. My rep ***** was knowledgeable and informative. **** and the tree crew were respectful and professional when they provided my services. I would recommend this company especially if youre vested in preserving the trees rather than just cutting down because of inconvenient maintenance.   Outstanding service from start to finish! *******, an experienced arborist, came to give us an estimate on the work we needed to have done. ******* listened to our needs and concerns, and carefully explained what could be done, while allowing us to make the ultimate decisions. Absolutely, no pressure to do more than we considered necessary. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment of our needs. Obviously, an arborist who loves his work! We received a reasonable quote quickly after his visit. The crew of 6 assigned to cut our trees was a well oiled machine! The men were punctual, very courteous and informative. With unbelievable precision they completed our job. Their clean-up was exceptional! They were so respectful of not harming any more of our vegetation than absolutely necessary. They even dug up two blooming plants that were in ***** way. They put them aside and after they left, I realized they had replanted them! This crew went above and beyond! TOP TIER TREES has earned the name TOP TIER in every way! We highly recommend their service and will definitely call them for our future needs. FIVE STAR all the way!

  I had an unusual tree that needed attention, and so I needed a true arborist to inspect it and advise me. ******* showed up and he was awesome. Not only did he resolve my problem, he gave me good advice and guidance on a few other trees. I plan to use this company for all my tree issues from now on.

  My experience with ************** was excellent! They showed up on time, did a great job cutting down the trees and cleaning up. Very professional. **** recommend to friends and neighbors.

  Our local arborist recommended Top Tier Trees when we had 1 dead and one dying tree.This was a big job and a good service was required as one tree was partly over our and our neighbors homes. **** came and estimated the job and *** kept us in the loop as the big day arrived. The crew arrived early in the morning and we walked the property to discuss how they were going to attack the job. Once that was done they went to work. As I said it was a big job. The tree over our house was 60 or 70 feet tall with limbs over two homes. They cut and lowered the branches and trunk safely to the ground. They even set aside the good logs for my neighbor to take for firewood. In the end they cleaned up and you would never know that they had been there. Well, except for the ***** that was ground out 3 days later. As they left the neighborhood they left another neighbor with a huge pile of mulch. The biggest think I can say about Top Tier Trees is that if I have to have more tree work done at my house, I would definitely want them to do it. 5 stars may not be enough.

  Top tier (salesman *****) did a great job. I received a good estimate for cutting some sick trees in my yard down and getting the stumps ground up. They worked in a timely manner and the tree cutting crew took the time to talk to my nephew who is 3 and in an age appropriate method, explain what they were doing and the equipment they had. They were very nice and were in and out efficiently. The ***** grinding crew was also very professional. In and out in a jiffy. Quality work. I would recommend them and would use again in the future. The office staff (***) is very nice and the accounting guy (*****) was also nice. If you need any tree work done, give them a call for an estimate.
