Top Tier Trees did an excellent job and took down 2 large Oaks and 1 small one, hauled them all off and erased their footprint all in just 2 hours !!Watching the men work with the 150 foot tall crane and up in the big trees taking them down in sections, dropping them into the street for chipping or hauling away the big trunk sections was truly amazing.Planning to have them back real soon to do some more cleanup around my lot prior to landscaping. ***********************Top Tier Trees, LLC

Thank you for a job well done!**** and his team of 5 arrived on time this morning. They were efficient, effective, and energetic in their approach to the project. It was a challenging job, but they remained undaunted,They reviewed the need of removal of multiple trees with us making sure they clearly understood what our expectations were. They went right to work and cleaned areas as they went so our yard actually looked better when they left than when they arrived!We were very pleased with the tree removal services and would highly recommend Top Tier Trees to friends and neighbors.********************* is an excellent arborist. We have worked with her on two occasions in the past year. She is patient and personable and always careful to explain why any service is recommended. she is a great ambassador for Top Tier Trees!The primary difference between Top Tier Trees and the numerous tree removal companies we have used in the past is that every member of the staff seems genuine and sincere in their desire to provide exceptional service. For example, today long after the job was completed and the crew had departed, **** EMC still had not come to turn the electricity back on at the pole. Four calls to **** EMC produced nothing but excuses. After 10 hours with no electricity, the heat was unbearable. We appealed to Top Tier Trees for help and suddenly, **** EMC was at our door! Description of work done: Removal and Trimming of Trees Top Tier Trees did work for us today and I could not be more impressed with a company or its workers. Yesterday one of their arborists (*****) came and took his time and carefully examined all our trees after I expressed our concerns. We were expecting to be told we needed to take down 5-6 trees and were also expecting a very high cost quote to do this. Thats why we have put it off so long. We had one tree which proved to be dead and was leaning toward our neighbors house so needed to be taken down immediately. They found room for us on their schedule the very next day. A huge crew arrived shortly after 8am and did a ton of work for us all through the front and back yards, including taking down several trees, trimming back and removing many huge limbs hanging over the house on 3 sides. They were finished in 2 hours. They ground up the limbs they took down. The yard was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Every single person who was here was professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. This was the highest quality and most professional work we have had done. I enthusiastically give them a rating of 5+.Top Tier Trees, LLC

Top Tier Trees recently completed a job for us. We first had one of their arborists come out to determine which branches could safely be cut from one of our very large trees to keep it from touching our roof. The quote we were given was quite reasonable in comparison to other companies. Additionally, we also had some of our landscape trimmed by a different crew at the same time as our large tree was being trimmed. They cleaned up afterward and did a thorough job. The crews were skilled, quick, professional and friendly. They went above and beyond in their work.Top Tier Trees, LLC

Top Tier Trees has to be the most efficient tree service we've ever used, from estimate to completion. Tree limbs had to be cut away from the roof, and a handful of dead trees had to go. I was flabbergasted by the speed and efficiency of the crew. They all were friendly, highly professional, ensured they and the surrounding areas were safe, and seemed to really enjoy their work and their colleagues. I prefer using arborists, and Top Tier had recently assisted in the rescue of injured wildlife so I felt confident after meeting the arborist who provided the quote. When the crew finished the work I could barely remember what it looked like beforehand. Extremely satisfied. Not hyperbole. This is not a 3-guys-and-a-chainsaw outfit. This is a highly professional company yet their price was more than competitive.Top Tier Trees, LLC
