  Top Tier Trees is a fantastic, honest, reliable, professional, exceptional company! The front office, arborist and crew were a pleasure to work with. They knew exactly what they were doing and when taking down the tree and branches from other trees, they used extreme caution. They also took their time in cleaning up the pine straw and pine cones off the driveway. Next time a tree needs to be taken down, we won't hesitate to call Top Tier Trees! We will also recommend them to friend and family when they need trees removed.

  Top Tier removed 8 trees - 5 large pines and three smaller trees last week - and once again, their "Green ***** did a wonderful job. This is the third time I've used Top Tier and highly recommend them. **** met with me to discuss what needed to be done, the time frame, and answered all my questions. I could not be happier with the results.

  Top ***************** removed a large tree that had taken over my back yard. They came at 8am and were completed by 8:20am. The crew were efficient, professional and left the area clean with a beautiful view. I am confident that Top Tier can handle any job with an excellent outcome, no matter what the challenge.

  Kudos to the ********** of Top Tier Trees, LLC, for a superb removal of 3 huge pine trees. The crew worked in unison and worked safely. The tree climber was very skillful and methodical. I am very satisfied with the professional job this crew performed. They left my place clean and tidy. The price was definitely fair. **** hire them again in a heartbeat

  Every employee we have encountered at Top Tier has been very professional and courteous. We got timely responses to our questions and they came out to speak with us in person about the trees on our property. We told them what our concerns were and they addressed those concerns specifically. They also let us know any concerns they noticed regarding other trees. I didn't feel like they were trying to cut them all, but show us why some other trees were questionable.
  The trees we identified and cut were removed very little damage to the existing yard. There was a huge azalea that needed trimming to get the equipment by but they didn't butcher it. Before they came, our yard guy had just cleaned up the yard and it looked exactly like it did when he got finished after they left.
  The guys were safe, had nice clean equipment with no issues and were very polite when we had to come and go through their work zone (our yard).
  I'm 1000% happy with the work, the people, and my yard.

  As a new homeowner - I was nervous about the tree removal process. I was looking for a company that was knowledgeable, had excellent customer service and communication, fair estimates and timely service. I found all of that and more with Top Tier Trees. **** was patient, friendly and answered my many, many questions. She even came out with the crew to ensure I was comfortable with the process and explained everything step by step. The crew was on time, friendly, careful in the tree removal process and cleaned up everything after the job was completed. The front office was very prompt, clear and had fantastic follow-up. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your next job. Ease your mind and wallet and give them a call today. I will definitely call **** again for any future work I may have.

  I wanted to take a moment to tell you what a fabulous job Top Tier Trees did for me. I mean FABULOUS!!! The crew, led by ****** and ****** along with ****** and the rest of the team removed and ground the ***** of a 120' fallen pine on my property in record time, and left my property in better shape than when they arrived. They raked up ever last branch, and even blew off my driveway as they left!!! I am definitely not a pushover. I expect exceptional service from my vendors, and I will hold their feet to the fire. I can honestly say that everyone I dealt with at Top Tier Trees was truly EXCEPTIONAL!I especially want to bring to your attention one person in particular, *********************. She was the salesperson with whom I dealt, and she was truly outstanding!!!! Professional, kind, easy-going, and she met ever last concern that I had, with a friendly smile and a reasonable solution.
