  Original Mattress Factory has had 2 chances to get it right- when the bed was first made, and then again when there was an issue 90 days after owning my ************************************* 3 additional months later (so 6 months after purchase) my bed is again failing and out of spec and the solution is 3 times a *********** and you can come watch us build it again. Per the companies website: "*** provided the vision and imagined a brand with a high ethical and quality standard that defied the cash is king ******** trend"- I think OMF has lost their way. Its disappointing. I was a firm advocate and positive net promotor for this company. My entire family has mattresses within their homes and purchased these due to the customer service advertised and experienced. Buyer beware. Do not pay a premium for customer service. Its no longer there. A 21 year employee was at my home and could not make any decisions or offer anything.

  The Original Mattress Factory just looks for ANY excuse to NOT take your old mattresses as they simply dont want to be bothered at all w/ removing them ! .. So why not just say that up front..?!PLUS:The Original Mattress Factory does NOT offer any military discount, or 1st Responders discount .!..SO: Back in the summer of 05, I traveled to the ********* resorts and domestically to local casinos who all offered overnight stays.. consequently my luggage picked up bedbugs which were THEN transferred to my bed.. This was a common problem across the state and nation then. As it was reported on the news for months back then, many were taking expensive and dangerous steps to rid them [heat, etc]. I however tried a more effective and simple path of trapping/smothering/ killing them w/ tape, spray[Bed Bug Spray], and double mattress bags [going both ***************************** and zipper Mattress Encasement mattress protector which permanently stopped them. That was 16 yrs ago. .. But b/c the archaic remains can still be seen [through 2 plastic bags].. your drivers reused to take them!! [these microscopic bugs were dead before these drivers were even born !] Those skeletal remains stains were from bugs that had been dead longer than those drivers had been alive !! & They were encased in plastic.. just as our new ones are.. thus , theres absolutely NO danger of anything !! They were already sealed/wrapped in plastic.. so these dead bugs could NOT spread onto other mattresses which are all also sealed in wrapped plastic ! ..Id be more concerned w/ bugs/ants from the truck . Furthermore, these young delivery drivers refused, when asked, to assist me [who bought your set to aid in lumbar arthritis!) in moving the set from the front porch [where I had set it for them] to the back of the house so that they would be out sight and out of the way! .. as it was going to be an entire week before the next trash day. ..They said Thats your problem! WHAT AN ATTITIDE !
