    I found this school it was online so I wanted to make sure it was legit before I paid $5,250 So I decided to go to the CHATTANOOGA campus it was inside of a dentist office that was held on every Saturday. I met with Jessica after talking to her I was so excited about only if I knew it was the start to a nightmare ! I signed up for the CHATTANOOGA winter 2023 class.Paid in full on 12/06/22 I’ll say about a week later I get a call saying they won’t be having a Chattanooga class I’ll have to come to Knoxville location because of scheduling issues (witch that’s not what I just paid for) that same phone call the more me and her talked she slipped and said only 2 of us signed up for the winter class I asked was there going to be a class next go around here witch was post to be in March and was told they can’t guarantee that So I asked for a refund on 12/29/22 so there is a nun refundable $150.00 if you withdrawal witch I did not get back witch I felt like I should’ve because it wasn’t my fault they didn’t hold up on there end. In there paper work it says once you request a refund it takes 45 Calendar days to get it. so after asking texting and calling with no returns here it is February 20th I asked my credit card company to dispute the charge because I obviously wasn’t getting my money back after I filed and signed papers with the bank to go after my money wasn’t 3 days later Janet the owner started texting me asking me if I got a refund witch she knew I did not it’s a shame I had to go through all that and they not hold up there end forced me to back out they kept $150.00 on something they couldn’t hold up on so that was free money to them if I could give 0 stars I would and if I was you I would pick another school because I rather pay $15k then to pay them there 5k. it took me to get the refund so the 45 days was a lie and where I had to file for my bank to go after my money!! I wish everyone wanting to go into a dental field the best but wouldn’t choose here to do so.
