    Bad customer service and they are jus scammer they charging my account some money with no right and never help to explain why that was

    I applied for stamps for the 2nd time. Every time, they always schedule appointments via phone but never calls. This is very unfair to people who have no food! My interview was suppose to be this morning and I'm still waiting for someone to call me. This is the only way you can get someone to respond back to you by posting on this website!!! Yall gotta do better!!! I'm hungry and need my interview phone call like promised. This is ridiculous how None of the case workers really care to do their job!!!

    I was a goEBT customer for almost 4 years. We stopped using the service in aug 2023 after switching to another provider, they continued to charge our account the $90 monthly fee. We called and cancelled in Dec 2023 asked for reimbursement for the months we didn't use the service or equipment, they refused. We returned the equipment a couple days later. A week ago they charged our account $300 for cancelation. I emailed them to inquire about the charge they didn't reply. This is ridiculous on top of the struggles of being small business owners ****** staying open and keeping our business running, we have to deal with scammers and nonsense fees and charges like this.

    Alert on Questionable Business Practices regarding goEBT: A correspondence recently received purports an outstanding balance from goEBT, despite our longstanding commitment to an alternative service spanning over a 10 years. This entity, previously unknown to us, is insisting upon payment under the threat of initiating collection proceedings. Notably, the written communication lacks requisite details, such as our Federal Tax Identification Number (FNS #), and exhibits a puzzling redundancy in the repetition of our business name. These discrepancies raise concerns about the legitimacy of the claims presented.

    Goebt preys on newly approved fns retailers. They called me in 2020 days after our store was approved to accept food stamps,c to set up their service but I was already in the middle of setting up my account with another company. There was confusion and I thought that the phone call I received was from the same company I was making arrangements with. In the end, goebt sent me their machine. When it arrived I immediately realized it was an error and sent the equipment back along with GOEBT's cancellation form explaining the reason. Goebt continued to charge my bank account $85 a month for almost 2 years. I finally was able to get the charges stopped in October 2022 but they didn't refund any of the stolen money.

    I am very upset I return my equipment and canceled my account over a month ago and I am still being charge and lets not even start with the $450 they charged my account for equipment I returned I had to come out of pocket to send back as well because they couldnt even send a return label to send back they equipment and then go a charged my account $175 for disconnecting fee and $450 for equipment I did return I got proof when they received it and even what time as well very unprofessional I am highly upset and dont recommend unless someone can fix this problem dont get involved with this company please !!
