Do not train with these guys. Not only was their instructor terrible at instructing but the management of this god-awful company is terrible. Do yourself a favor and go with a different training company... Not worth the hassle dealing with these guys.

I took the **** ENCOR Class with *************************** as the instructor. It was obvious **** had no real-world experience. He went on many off-topic rants about technical but unrelated to **** material. Most the material was delivered at a very high-level, not very detailed. The manner in which content was delivered was very bullet-pointish, instead of explaining the whens and whys of protocols. The protocols that were described were missing a LOT of detail. Basically nothing was explained in detail.I gave a poor review of the instructor when CED Solutions sent out a requested review, like they do for all their students. In response, they cancelled my second class and when my boss reached out to them to find out why (since it was paid for by my company), they made up a bunch of lies about me being rude, asking test questions, and all kinds of other BS which apparently came directly from the instructor, ***************************.I am BAFFLED at that last part.... The lies are DISGUSTING to me. The instructor was CLEARLY just trying to cover his a** I don't recommend anyone train with CED and especially with this instructor.

Our ***** instructor for this class has been one of the top ***************** ***************** for the past many years. In a ************************ in ****** several years ago, which we attended, he was rated #1 in the World for his ratings on CCNP: Security.Even before the introduction to the ***** class was completed, this student kept reading ***** test questions and wanted the instructor to answer the test questions. It was pointed out that we do not answer ***** test questions directly, but if he would pay attention to the instruction, he would learn everything necessary to pass the exam.We occasionally have students that do not care to learn during the course, and are only attending to pass the exam. This created a very frosty relationship between them that continued during the course, a frosty relationship that would be best not to be continued into a new course. This student was constantly challenging him, complaining about the courseware, etc., during the course. This student was very vocal about the ***** Self-Study sessions that should not be Self-Study. This is the way that ***** set up these sections. Our instructor understood that this could be a challenge so he had previously created videos on these areas and sent them to all students in the class. The two sections that our instructor does not fully cover include programming, so videos for these were created some time ago so the students could watch them over and over and learn from those. There was definitely an attitude problem with this student according to the instructor that does not need to be extended into another class, so this student was removed from the upcoming class.
