  This company was assigned to our work order through American Home Shield. They confirmed a service call for 10/17 and never showed and indicated we changed the service date to 10/19 which was untrue. They then canceled the service order and no one notified us that they would not be coming. We waited a week to even get on their schedule only to not have them show up and they were unapologetic for it. When I Googled the company, nothing locally (******* is listed). What pops up are other BBB complaints. They are also not even BBB accredited. address is listed as All American Services Of GA address:******************************************************************

  This company is the WORST!!! AHS sent these people out to my house to fix the compressor and they put in the wrong compressor causing the unit to be burnt up and now I am having to replace this 5 year old unit. After speaking with the company they of course did not want to take responsibility telling me that they put in the compressor that AHS sent to them, however, my thought is if this is your profession why would you put in a part that you know is the wrong type or size and that can potentially ruin the unit? I wish I had just hired my own company because although I would have paid more at least I would still have my unit. Buyer Beware!! Do not use this company! They are costing me over $12,000 to get a new unit.

  Was forced to use this company for American Home Shield warranty and the incompetent HV** tech lied in his report to the warranty company saying the ** has been out for a long time when it was only out for a week causing the warranty company to deny the claim. Would give a 0 star review if I could.

  This company blotched a minor repair job at my home that resulted in over 23K worth of damage, now they are saying that they are not responsible for any damage caused. I recommend that if you read this to beware: My name is ***************** and you can find me on FB would love to speak with you before giving this company any work. I would love to give you the full details of my ceiling falling down in the family room, and the hardwood floor that needed to be fully replaced. (including the damage to the plywood in the attic that was saturated.

  If I could give them 0 Stars, I would. I have had a work order in since 11/17/2022 to have my heat fixed. All American Services has had the compressor received as of 12/02/2022. They have not contacted me to schedule an appointment to install it. The ********************* has called them multiple times with no response. I have called and emailed multiple times with no response. At this point (12/19/2022), I have asked the ********************* to write off the compressor, and get me another Heating Services provider. I have four children (one who is a toddler), a dog and a cat and am trying to keep them warm with space heaters.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, EVER!

  Came out first time told us unit was working. Back a few days later said unit was low on freon. Freon added. Came out roughly 3 days later said there was a leak because the dye indicated this. However, they are NOT the ones who put in the dye. If they would have checked the coil first they would have known. Then there is the lovely water stain I now have on the ceiling from another unit they checked and said was working. A few days later the stains appeared. Dont trust them. American Home Shield required us to use them. If you have a choice DON'T!!!
