    I had Kyle come over to the home after several attempts to contact him by phone or text, he came by weeks later, I showed him everything needing attention, which included a toilet continuously running, two shower faucets dripping continuously, outlets that didn't work, and some terrible cover up work by another company using spray insulation to keep rodents out of the home in several locations,these were items that had been neglected by previous owner, and what I could immediately observe needing attention. I received an estimate only when the crew showed up weeks later at the last minute, I had asked for this estimate when he initially came to the house , there is definitely a lack of communication, either no answer when calling, has no voicemail set up. Does not return calls, he also does not answer the text sent to him. I have asked repeatedly for an itemized receipt, said he would drop it off the next day, still nothing, that was weeks ago, I've been more than patient waiting for my itemized receipt. Says he guarantees his work well, my one toilet is still running off every 5 minutes. Gave them a check for the full amount of nearly two thousand dollars, the very day they said all was complete, what was done with the electric? Why is the toilet still running? Why did he buy the cheapest hardware and faucets for the two bath tubs, and charge me so much? I would never recommend this company for any work, the total lack of communication is a real deal breaker. I need the itemized receipt from this company. I will never pay anyone from this experience I had with this guy, who tells me after he cashes my check, that he doesn't give receipts, he only emails them, Well then, you didn't even bother to do that either! I don't know who gave 5 stars, but please beware of this company!

    Kyle and his crew made several repairs. Plumbing, Electric, Roofing. I will be using them for several home repairs. This is a First Rate company!
