    Worst customer service ever. No service on a Monday called. i was told new box would be sent to me within two weeks. I said unacceptable I offered An option of of overnighting the new box they said that is not possible. I told them about this new place called the post office where it is possible. Asked to cancel account. was told they did and in 24-48 hours they would email me a return label. That was all a lie. 2 days later my account was changed and price increased by 50%. called back and was told my account wasn't cancelled but i was thinking about cancelling. Horrible Service 5 days later still no return label.

    I feel these people are deceitful. I had thought I signed up with ******** because I had dialed the number that I thought belonged to ********. However I found out they were not affiliated with them after I signed up with them. When I found out I sent the box back to them without opening up the box. I have been trying to get my refund but they keep giving me excuses. The last time I tried to call them they said they have to speak to their bank and who knows when I will get my refund. Do not deal with these corrupt people.
