  1st id like to say this company should be asshamed of themselves and I wouldn't recommend them to my most hated enemy! My wife hired Evans Events for our wedding on November 11th 2023 back in September on 2022. After signing the contract, we noticed that the date was listed incorrectly on the contract after a few conversations already being had..THAT was red flags #1.We were supposed to meet in person to finalize some things, but were told that they were "very busy" and never attempted to set anything up after we reached out multipe times..In our contract it stated that they would be getting with our DJ, Venue, Caterer and all other hiring vendors to set up coordinating 4 to 6 weeks before the weeding... That never happend. After our Venue asked for ****** contact info and they couldn't reach her, we attempted again to reach out. We were then told that they were "pulling our file and would hear back within a week."..... My wife EVENTUALLY had ONE meeting with ***** where she claimed everything was moving in the right direction, we would be all set, and would get back to us within 48 hours to finalize some things... That never happend.We were then about only 12 days out from our wedding day when we abruptly received a text message from ***** claiming that her "Grandmother had passed away" and she couldn't coordinate our wedding leaving us in absolute disarray not even TWO WEEKS before our wedding date.We found out Evans Events actually CORDINATED another wedding and must have not a death in the family but actually OVER BOOKED themselves into TWO weddings on the same day! November 11th 2023. They decided to lie to us and cancel all together instead of being upfront and honest. Leaving a ************* in a situation like this is SUCH bad business!This isn't so much to slander the company but for all Brides and ****** looking for a reliable, caring and compassionate company to hire for your *****, If we knew what we know we would have NEVER hired Evans Events.

The team is professional and orchestrated all the activities from start to finish, from ensuring all guest were taken care to coordinating cleanup logistics with the vendor.
