zero stars, Horrible. We had a meeting recently and nothing was resolved. With the *** our community pay we got no answers. the representative acts like she works for the board which I lost trust in her. We pay you so you are our advocate not board. We can't even have some from the neighborhood speak on our behalf until phase two is completed and it won't even start until the Summer of 2023. So know they expect us to *** fees "what are we paying for?" is the big question. We want answers without having to wait for our 1 annual meeting.

Good afternoon, ****************:Thank you for the feedback. In fact, Silverleaf does work at the direction of your Board, which is currently under what is known as "declarant control". That means that the builder/developer still owns sufficient lots to hold the majority of the votes, and therefore they have the authority to appoint individuals to serve on the board of directors. Once the declarant control period ends, the owners will be notified and will be invited to attend a meeting to elect directors. While we do advocate on behalf of homeowners, your board is the only authority to make decisions relative to the business of the **** You can absolutely send your requests, ideas, and recommendations to our staff using our ******************************************************** email and we will share these with your Board. Finally, in response to your question about what you are paying for, you should've received a copy of the approved 2023 operating budget that details the Association's annual expenses. To make sure you have a copy and to make myself available should you have any other questions, I will email this to you separately. Finally, I'm sorry you are frustrated by the process, but we hope you will remain involved with your community!
