    There machines are Always empty at our location. The machine takes your cash, no refund or product. If you use your card it charges extra ($5) & supposably credit the difference. Go back check your bank acct days later, no credit! Sadly it's not just my complaint. Plenty of my coworkers has lost their $$ & just won't make the time to complain. After loosing $10 a week. Complaints are very much so necessary. You call the # posted on machine, it's an answering service promising a return call back from ****** the manager however you will NEVER get a call, a refund or the products you paid for. I can just imagine how much this company has made off just ******* coworkers for not vending a paid for product! My son has a ***************************** BIG on customer service. I No longer use the machine with debit or cash. I'll (we) pay **** eats to deliver before I (we) ever use the machine again. Hopefully the petition can get them out of our location & get a much better vending company & working machines. Stand on business
