  Recently used Star Moving for a whole house move, 4 bedrooms. Reasonable price: $2200. Movers arrived on time n got straight to work. Finished right at the estimated time with no damage to furniture or house. Movers were professional and pleasant. Definitely will use Star Moving again for any future moving needs.   These days it can be so hard to find good businesses, where you experience real customer service and professionalism. I had such a great experience. This was my first real big move, and I was nervous. I had A LOT of boxes and heavy furniture. They took away a load of stress from me, in how the owner made the process so smooth. He explained everything concerning the process and what to expect. I was able to actually feel less anxious and more excited about my new beginning. I didnt have to feel like I wasted my money either. They were punctual, respectful, and they know how to make you feel like a valued client.

  Star moving services provided excellent service. The booking process was easy. **************** rep was friendly and professional. They showed up and packed our items carefully before moving to our new place. They unpacked our items at our new home. They even disassembled and reassembled our beds. Nothing was broken. It was a wonderful stress-free move. Thank you!!!

  It went way better than I expected too! They employees were so professional and hard working that they even got it done way faster than I thought it would. I would definitely recommend them to anybody I know needing a moving service!

  I was given an estimate for 135 per hour for 2 helpers for a small move less than 3 miles away. The movers we scheduled to show up at 1230p but showed up after 130p. When the movers showed up only one employee helped. After breaking my dresser they attempted to fix it to only make it worse. After loading my stuff on the trailer under an hour the driver decided to drive to the gas station to run up the time and take advantage of me. When confronted they demanded more money before they unloaded my stuff. I then called the cops to resolved the matter. The movers then created a false contract with my signature stating they arrived at 1030a and worked until 130p. I was then forced to pay for an extra two hour of work they didn't complete. The job was not finished and I have to wait for the bank to resolved my dispute. This was the worse experience I've had with any moving company. Stay away from these scammers

Upon arrival our pros reported that you included a large fish tank & stated you were only paying for 1 hour when you were charged $150/hr with a 2 hour minimum and a travel charge of $125 per our conversation and the signed contract. They also stated that the moving manager had to call the police because you threatened to harm one of the movers and call on your guys to harm them because of the 2 hour minimum.   My experience with star moving services was excellent. I dealt with other moving services in the past and it was a calamity. But star moving services was 100% guaranteed an amazing moving company. They made sure that they took extra caution when it comes to my items and the movers move fast and handle your items with care. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs moving services.
