Star rating should be a Zero. In August, 2023 my computer froze and a message appeared to call Apple with a phone number. I was led to believe I was talking with Apple. I was told my computer was hacked and for $940 they could provide me with lifetime protection on all my devices. I was told to send a check certified to Santify LLC. I noted on my check *** Services Lifetime. In November, 2023, I received a threatening phone call demanding $3,000 for web protection services. I was told the $940 was only a deposit. They threatened to debit the money. I closed my account in November immediately following the first threatening phone call and began working with my banks ***************** Santify continues to call threatening me almost daily and sometimes multiple times daily. Most recently they left 2 lengthy (165 words) voicemails. Part of the voicemails included we are about to charge your checking account $6,300 right now immediately, Our billing team is going to proceed further to straightaway charge the money from your account, and let me tell you that this amount would be automatically debited every year repeatedly for the renewal of your service. I continue to work with my bank **************** and local and federal agencies. These criminals need to be stopped. If you are scammed or attempted to be scammed by Santify or anyone else report them by calling **. Consumer Complaints. I cant post their phone number. Santify is located in ********, *******; you can also call toll free to ******* and make a report.

I was also a victim of Santify in August 2023. I was bullied into sending them $399. Notified my bank to stop payment. February ****, they're back threatening to take more from my bank account. Bank is on alert to block transfer.

If I could give them a zero star, I would. They are hackers who pretend to be a tech support company. They will lock your computer and will give you their number to call. At first, they seem fine, but they try to get you to pay them 399 for fixing your computer. They will only take a check, money order, or your online banking. They tried to get me to log into my bank account and I refused. They will also try to get you to sign up for anti-hacking software which is at least 150 for 2 years. They will try to take control of your computer to fix it. They are wolves in sheep clothing. Beware, they really are evil!
