    Purchased ECU Moduled that was a defect and they refused to reimburse my return

    Our business policy is that we cannot accept returns on electronic equipment as stated everywhere in the shop. This was a delivery where it may not have been clearly communicated. However to help rectify this issue and maintain positive customer-business relations, we will offer the customer store credit minus a 35% restocking fee. We will be reaching out to the customer to help rectify this issue.

    Horrible experience.DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased two engines for two different vehicles (08 BMW 328I and 2012 Scion) from Dekalb Auto Salvage. One never started and the other one ran for about 900 miles and wouldn’t start. Both diagnoses were bad timing belts. Dekalb Auto Salvage refused refunds for both. Unless you want a product with issues, and excuses for getting your money back, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from this company.

    Sir we are so sorry that you had a negative experience with us..we pride ourselves on providing quality customer service for all our customers..as per our company policy that is prominently displayed throughout our business and on invoices..we did offer a further warranty for one of our licensed mechanics to diagnose and possibly correct the engine issues however you declined our offer..we would still very much like to remedy the situation please contact us at ************
