    After Midnight June 10, 2024 *********************** loaded my UBER rental on his tow truck because it was parked in front of my daughter's apartment. He said it was because of the fire hydrant which was about 4 units down from hers. There are usually vehicles parked on her side of the street even closer to the hydrant, the apartment on the corner. I looked down the street 10 minutes before I heard his truck beeping and the car that was parked on the corner had moved. I told him not to tow my UBER rental and he said to pay, $175.00 and he'd lower it off his tow truck. I had to transfer the money. He came to the door, after less than 5 minutes, and said it was taking too long..cashapp him the money. I cash app'd the money to him, but I feel targeted and scammed because no one knocked and asked me to move the vehicle, the vehicle at the corner was parked there approx. 10 minutes prior where it is usually parked overnight was moved, and I am out of $175.00 after travelling to ******* Ga to spend time with my grandkids. When my daughter said get his information he hurried off in his truck.
