The key to unlock the tire on my 2023 Honda Hybrid was not included in the tools needed when you have a flat tire.i informed Honda Auto Nation of ********, ** and I was told by the parts department that I would have to purchase the key from Car Parts.

I had my car towed here with anti theft issue. I was told it was the starter for $1300.00 which is ridiculous. I didn't trust them so I had a tow truck come pick it up. When the tow truck came is started up. It wasn't the starter at all. They had reset the anti theft. They had me tow the vehicle because I wouldn't use them. The mechanic asked the tow place why are they towing the veh when it runs. The person That tried to rip me off with fraud was ***************************. This place is not to be trusted. I am furious at what they tried to do to me.

When I bought my car in 2019 I paid $1300 to add leather. They switched on me. They installed leatherette. I put one of my dogs in the back the seat got punctured. I found out when I went to repair it that I had Leatherette and not leather. The general manager ******************* said he was replacing it with the leather I requested. One month after getting my car back I slide a box across the seat and it tears the back of the seat. I find out that the part you sit on is the only leather in the car. Not the sides or back. I would not have paid $1300 if I wasn't getting leather. I want my money back they bamboozled me. Come to find out the installer tells me Honda can't add leather that every person who asks for leather gets this leatherette instead. Isn't this illegal? They didn't install leather either time. I bought leather request leather interior. I have ****** miles on my car and have had to replace the seats twice. I asked for leather because I have dogs. The car I traded in had ******* miles and the seats were still good because they were leather. I would not have gotten this car if they could not put in leather. Please tell me what I can do.
