My car was towed by Smokerise Towing and Transport January 22nd. I went to go get my car January 24th, while I was sitting in the Smokerise parking lot they had to move several vehicles before they could reach my *********** As they are moving the cars I witnessed the driver of the tow truck wreck two cars, one vehicle they drove into a fence and some trees, the second vehicle they ripped the bumper completely off with the tow truck. Now I start to get nervous and scared about the condition of my vehicle, so I pulled out my phone and start recording and so soon as my car is brought to me my bumper to pulled off as well. Before they took my car it was in great condition, so of course I am very upset but then I notice the bottom of my car had parts hanging as well, so I asked the driver what is going to be done about the damages they did to my car and he told me they did not do the damages it was like that when they picked it up and they have to take photos of my car when they pick it up and put it on file. I told him I just watched him wreck two other cars right in front of me and he stated well he was not suppose to be moving cars anyways. (which I have on video) My car was picked up at my boyfriends apartment complex, the photos they showed me my car was up on the tow truck at a gas station, I asked so is it protocol for you all to take the photos when you first get the car or after it is already on the tow truck, because there are not photos of the condition of my car before when it was on the ground which lets me know they are covering up the damages the created to my car. They wrote up a incident report and said someone will be getting back to me. I have called several times and cannot get in touch with anyone. Smokerise Towing needs to be sued. I will be taking action against them.

My car was picked up by SmokeRise towing and when the car was lifted from behind my front bumper was cracked. They refused to compensate me when I collected my car 2 weeks later.
