    Service date 7.18.23 Inv. # *****-16705 Trans. # **************/Vehicle ID ********** Went in for oil change like I have for several years. Reciept shows a service check list of what they say was inspected, completed, checked, tested, or added were not completed. I can only speak of what was done from under the hood of engine and am not able to speak of what was done from under the vehicle. Once the young man started he and the pit guy were not sure where the filter was. Another employee walked over an told them where and to take it out from top side. ***** man tried several things before he managed to remove. Told the pit guy a filter number and response is we don't have any. Young man on top said we can TRY such and such number of the filter and followed that by saying I THINK it will work. I go to pay and get my copy of the reciept/invoice and it shows a squiggly line where the * is for cardholder to sign. I did not make that ***** I filled out a complaint on line and did not hear back. Then i had to send more information regarding my oil change that day. **** did not reset my electronic gauge that tracks the life of the current oil.. I hope that thie oil filter is not just so so and actually is a replacement for what was on the car and that I don't have issues going forward.
