  Buyer beware!!! We purchased a jeep, unseen, guaranteed to have been inspected by an ASE Certified mechanic and was told in great working condition, per the mechanic and salesman. Jeep delivered to our home, came with five lights on the dashboard. ******** made aware, and acknowledged the jeep needed repairs and they would take care of repairs. Then we were instructed to go through the warranty company, Liberty Shield, a company embedded with Over Kill Autosports for the repairs. Eventually, salesman difficult to get in touch with, Owner was made aware of situation and refused to work with us, REFUSED ALL PHONE CALLS. We requested the ASE mechanic report and salesman stated it was never done. We were stuck with a $4100 bill, that they refused to pay. Check reviews on Better Business Bureau, Yelp, Cars.com, Birdeye.   I purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V from Overkill in April. I was given a temp tag and had called multiple times about getting the title of my vehicle. I was given 2 more temp tags and have been in a cycle of trying to get the title and them delaying me or making excuses. This is breaking the law, and I have been very patient with them. I am not sure what the hold up is, but I can tell they are not being transparent about what is happening with the title of my car.

  This company doesnt even deserve one star. I understand we have a very unique situation which prevented us from taking delivery of the truck we purchased. (The truck was stolen from the holding lot before we could take delivery.) This dealership has us promised multiple times that they would return the funds they received from our lender but have yet to do so. This is after we received in writing that they consider this purchase null and void. There seems to be no level of independent decision making at this dealership as no one will take any action on our behalf without talking to the owner (who we still have yet to speak with). This dealership prides itself on virtual shopping experiences with vehicle delivery. This has not been true for us. Even in the purchase process we could not get a straight answer as to when they could deliver the truck. It was only after multiple calls that we were notified the truck was stolen. Understanding our situation is unique, its hard to comprehend how returning funds could take 6 weeks (and counting). Please use extreme caution when dealing with them.

  If I could give this business a zero star I would. We bought a jeep wrangler from this company and three weeks later the engine was blown. The camshaft to timing gear was installed incorrectly ( not by us) causing the timing gear to jump time causing head damage to the block. Shortly after our jeep was put into the shop for a new engine my son’s truck, who had been bought from the same company also quit running. This company chose to take zero responsibility for their actions for the incompetence of the mechanic. Lesson learned - read the entire warranty offered from this company. First page states It covers completely the replacement of any engine damage within three months but on the third page it states only $2500 is paid out for the warranty.
