    Terrible dishonest Company. I signed a contract and was very specific in asking they will cover everything (floor and furniture) as per their contract. I also asked if they use contractors for installation or their staff. I was told they would ******************* and floors and the employees work only for them.They did not cover anything, stood on my office desk and left large footprints, I requested several times they cover my furniture and floors and finally one asked the workers if they brought anything to cover things and they did not, so he went to his truck to get plastic (by now it was a bit too late). Per contract, they were supposed to clean the windows after installation which they did not. Then one of workers told me they do contract work and work for whichever company calls them. They damaged wood on a few window *****. Fortunately, on the morning of, I had taken photos and video of all windows which showed no damage! Owner claimed it was already present before they came!!! When I got estimates for repairs to wood, I was told the deep dents were caused by their tools.I called to complained and asked that the rude owner should not come but his son who was more polite. But father showed up, he was furious and literally shouting which scared me so much that I had to ask him to leave my house or I would call the police and then he calmed down. He offered me a small discount, since I had to pay him balance and wanted him out of my house. But my hardwood floors were left in such a mess, they lost the shine close to the areas the workers had been working on prior to getting any cover. (I called cleaning company and hardwood company to get shine back but was told I would have to refinish them all because they did not cover the floor (at least not after they had done substantial work) and it scuffed the shine. I would never recommend them! Owner is so rude and why put something in contract that they don't deliver!!!

Visionaire Windows prides itself on having great customer service and we do our best to meet our customers' expectations, that being said we reviewed our database regarding your installation to improve our process in any way possible. We saw no ******************** required, however, we do recognize that your project was completed in July of 2021 and that services were requested regarding cleaning the glass on the windows and door, as well as any dust that *** have been left from the installation. The service was completed within days of your initial concern, as well a credit was issued on the remaining balance for any inconvenience you *** have experienced. I then personally followed up with you and received many compliments on how wonderful the installation was and how much effort went into cleaning the area after we finished. Visionaire Windows also replaced your blinds within one month of the completed project and received great feedback from you in August of 2021. Again, we are extremely sorry to hear of your experience and are always working to improve our services and processes.
