    iCare Financial has been a valuable resource in our office, helping patients stay when they can't pay in full or are denied by credit-based programs. It has significantly improved patient retention, allowing us to keep treatments that would have otherwise been lost. We truly appreciate iCare's support for our patients.

    We love having it available in our office. It has kept many patients from leaving our office and going elsewhere when they dont have the money to pay in full for their treatment or when they get denied for programs that check credit score. As a result we have been able to retain a significant amount in treatments that would have walked out our door if it werent for iCare Financial. We love having iCare available to our patients!

    I've tried a few patient financing programs before, but iCare Financial stands out. The team was incredibly supportive when I integrated it into my practice. The onboarding was smooth and my staff has found it is easy present to patients. Because of this our patient are following through with many more treatment plans we recommend.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. I used iCare for our dog's veterinary bill. The concept of easy payments was appealing. I made the payments on time without issue. On our second to last payment my debt card was stolen and cancelled. iCare charged me $80 worth of fees. When I got my new card and called to update payment they refused to waive the fees, they offered to waive $30 and said there is nothing they can do. I spoke with supervisor *************************** and when I asked her if I am just screwed because someone stole my debit card she just responded with "Yes, it doesn't matter what the reason is." I think it is beyond frustrating to be punished for someone stealing my card information. I've made payments on time, have no issue paying for the services rendered and I have made good faith efforts to update my card information as expeditiously as possible. iCare's customer service has been terrible, I will never use their service again and will not recommend them to anyone.
