    I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from this business. I recently purchased a tablet, spending hundreds of dollars in support of their services, only to discover that it was not properly reset or cleared of the previous owner's personal information. To make matters worse, my 8-year-old son was exposed to explicit, inappropriate contentincluding private homemade videos of a husband and wifedue to this oversight.This situation is beyond frustrating, not just because of the exposure to harmful material, but because there is still sensitive personal information on the device that could potentially cause significant harm to someone's privacy and security. This is a serious violation of trust.When I contacted the business for a resolution, the only solution offered was for me to drive over an hour back to their location for them to reset the device or receive a refund. This is not about moneyit's about the safety and privacy of my family. A professional business would have ensured that the tablet was properly wiped and would have taken immediate, proactive steps to help resolve the situation, especially given the serious nature of the exposure to explicit content.I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this business to anyone. What should have been a simple transaction has turned into a distressing experience that no family should have to go through.I urge the management and owner to take this feedback seriously and address the severe lapses in professionalism and customer care
