    ***DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN*** He is a thief. Took our $800 but never delivered the report. This forced us to have to pay additional contractors. His sky is falling approach nearly tanked our deal for fear that the home was unsafe. HE LIED TO GET OUR MONEY! It is clearly not the first time. If you are reading this review from his website go directly to the homeadvisor website to see complete reviews, including those hes swindled before. **************************************************************************************************************** I dont understand how he is able to remove his bad reviews. I only found them after he stopped responding to my messages. I repeat, hire this man at your own peril. It is ************* he will not follow through and leave you off worse than when you met him. I hope this saves someone else from a disastrous hire of *****************************.

    I suggest that you stay out from hiring this contractor. ***************************** requests money upfront and don't deliver upon his promises. The visit was on 12/8/2022 and I was promised a report within a week. I have been calling ******* and emailing him for 4 weeks(!) following the visit demanding a report or refund. There were no answer to any of my calls or emails until I threatened to file a complaint. I finally received my report on 1/6/2023, which was completely useless as it didn't even address the concern for which I retained *******'s services. It simply held no substance on the subject in question. Everything I was told verbally during his inspection was omitted in the report. I am extremely disappointed and feel that the money spent on the services was a complete waste. I even offered ******* the opportunity to add omitted information to his report to avoid this public review, but my request was ignored and I never heard from him.
