    I reporting company on rebuild of house I bought. I purchased June 8 2023. I tried several times to contact ********************* builder over house. I complained about crawl space under deck. It has several openings. I told them mice and critters can get in and cause damage I have had mice in house a lot. I have pictures He promised to come see what could be done. I sent him pictures. I then found when paying house taxes, still outstanding balance on property taxes. I sent copy of that. I have emailed company and sent texts and calls. Still not responding. How a builder can make company claims and not stand by their work. Company is Legacy Built Contracting LLC ************************************************** ************

    This letter was sent to us by mistake. Our company is Legacy Contracting Group, LLC, we are not affiliated with Legacy Built Contracting Group. We do not work on residential projects as we are strictly commercial. It's hard to imagine how this mistake was made as the company name and address were clearly stated in the complaint and yet you sent it to us. Please follow up confirming this discrepancy has been resolved. Thank you,

    The home was not a new construction. It was a home we purchased, renovated, and sold. It was sold as-is with no warranty included. Inspections were made on the property prior to the sale. We have contacted the homeowner and gone to the residence to try and get this resolved.
