  Had a metal roof put on and it looks horrible and the attic ceiling is black when it use to be white wood and debris now gets in the attic. We believe this is mold. They had sent a guy out during ***** and he couldnt explain the black ceiling in the attic or the debris getting in. They have ignored us since then. This is my elderly mothers house and its sad how they have taken advantage of her. I pray that this is taken care.

  OC Roofing is very professional and does a fabulous job. We worked with ********************* and he went beyond the call of duty to make sure that the job was done correctly and on time. He made certain that the insurance claim went through and that we knew everything to expect during the process. I highly recommend this company.

  I, as a homeowner have never worked with a more professional company from start to finish. ******* came to my home to dicuss a new roof and what to expect. Two days later he returned with the quote in hand and helped me with discussing the storm damage and claim with my insurance company. Once I notified him of approval he called to schedule the job. The morning they were scheduled to come out, the crew was a few minuets early (Wow). They started work immediately. They covered my landscaping and patio with tarps to protect everything. They worked hard and steady until the job was completed. I have a one story ranch home. They cleaned up and left everything like it was upon arrival including using magnetics to insure no nails were missed. ******* and all of the employees were very polite, respectful, and professional. The day after completion ******* came out and got on the roof to insure everything was done to perfection and ask if I had any questions. When my homeowners insurance called about paying the claim they stated how professional all the documentation was handled. They stated how nice it was to work with a company that was so professional in handling everything that it made their job easy and they could process the payment without delay due to the documents being professionally completed. Thank you to O C ROOFING SYSTEMS for all that you did to make this process go so smoothly for me.
