      Ive placed an order and never received my items. Ive tried numerous times to send complaints to their costumer service with no replies.

      StoreFrontier is stealing money : I am reaching out to formally lodge a complaint against StoreFrontier, an online retail platform. I have encountered several major issues with their service which remain unresolved despite my numerous attempts to communicate with their customer support team.Starting from mid-June 2023, I encountered a technical issue with my online store where I was unable to add new products. I promptly emailed StoreFrontier on June 5, 2023, to report the issue and received a standard response saying the matter would be looked into. Since then, I have received no further communication, clarification, or resolution from them.Furthermore, I am owed a payout of approximately $75 from my sales on the platform, but my wallet page on their site has mysteriously vanished. This issue has made it impossible for me to access my earnings, adding to the financial loss caused by the technical glitches and poor customer service.The issues with **********************'s services have extended to my customers as well. Several customers who ordered shirts from my store were charged, but later received emails stating there was an issue with the print. Like me, they have been left with no resolution or follow-up communication from StoreFrontier. This lack of transparency and customer service is not only affecting my reputation but also causing financial losses.In light of these circumstances, StoreFrontier's conduct seems no better than an online scam. It is imperative that they be held accountable for their actions,

      My store had sales and 2 of my customers are still waiting for their products since April.When I first opened my store, they were responsive and sent products, but it took 2 mo. to get it.They advertise 7-9 days from placing order when it should say weeks not days. They closed up shop without telling anyone or refunding any money or profits from sales. I dont have as much as most but being that I had $100 from only being open for a couple months was good to me. Both my customers spent over $100 each. THEY need to be held accountable and refund everyone's money.

      I'm a seller or was with Storefrontier and up till when Covid hit they were a great company, now I'm embarrassed just to be associated with them not to mention how angry they have made me by not making the shirts people ordered that I designed. When I would reach out to them telling them why can't they just do their job and make the shirts they took money for, they began to block me making sure I can no longer make anything else and and link to find the orders of my customers and mine they severed the link so all you get is an error code and you tend to get a "your ticket has been updated with this information" and now just trying to look up the site you get "this is not a secure site" If they were having trouble they should have reached out to the sellers saying so instead of doing business as usual and just taking peoples money and from what little I can see on my end of my account, they are falsifying information to make it look as if fewer people have purchased shirts from me. They need to be reported and have the authorities pay them a visit.

      Ordered merch for my bandmates and it took almost 2 months to arrive. That's after contacting them numerous times. Only to get the runaround. Now I also have a smaller second order out there that's now also going on 2 months. Several emails without a response. 2 customers who are friends with my band have also been waiting over a month for orders with no response. This company is horrendous. Stay away! Easily one of the absolute worst places to get merch made. Total BS.

      Ordered a shirt on May 2nd 2023, it is now June 21st 2023. Emails go no where, typical reply is "ticketed to the warehouse"...It was stuck on "queue to print" for god knows how long...Best yet, I can't even check my order status now, I get an "error, can't load" now...They took my money and ran with it, and I'm not the only one this has been done to with same shirt...Totally Unacceptable, this company is a bunch of ******* thieves

      I had a store on Store Frontier, I would never advise anyone to use it to support an artist or to buy a design from a podcast. They don't pay the artists and they don't offer refunds to the artist if the want to buy their own shirt. I paid of my own money to buy my own shirt. Doesn't that sound like a rip off or what? I should have been compensated and referred a discount.

      This company is a scam. It looks like one of many scam sites by **********************I ordered a shirt four weeks ago that, according to their website hasn't been made. **************** responded "Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges, returns or refunds." . It seems, based on the other bad reviews online, I'll never see the shirt or the money again. ******DON'T BUY FROM STOREFRONTIER.COM!*******
