  My Fianc was hired as sub contractor to assist an Employee of the Business. He reported to the business everyday and then was sent out of town to do a few jobs. My Fiance did work for the this man **** ******** for 5 days. He went to ***** to work, FL then ********* he came home he had to report to his PO with payments and failed because this man failed to pay him for his hard work. He went out of town with 2 complete strangers and they took advantage of him. Used him and never paid him!! When I informed his manger to take action, I never received a call back or any concern of the situation. It was a few days before Christmas, hoping to get our family something but we couldn't even pay our bills and the kids went without. We are now behind and facing court penalties because we couldn't pay obligations. Here now its in the middle of January and still no word even after we went to the business and was not helped. We are a lower class family struggling to make ends meet but we do honest work and got taken advantage of! R&B Metals is Bad business and does not care how they get the work done or if the help is even paid!!!

  Still waiting on my building I purchased 4 years ago!!!!!! This company took my deposit and never delivered or install my build!!!!! Your salesman ********************* from TruSheds LLC scam me out my money!!!!!!

  This review is regarding ******************* at *********** location at *************************** The lady has lied to me every single time I spoke to her. She never follows up unless she is told to do so by her boss whomever that is. My shed arrived July 17, 2023 with gaps in the windows and door, there was a dent in the roof, (possible leakage concerns) and there was only one outlet. Even though she does not have an electrician resource, up until the day of my going to inspect the product, she finally admits that she only has concrete pouring resources. Because of my dire need to store my belongings, I would've still accepted the shed providing those issues were resolved before delivery. ******************* to take back a review I had given her on their companies website every time I spoke to her after posting it and each time I told her no, not yet. When I complained about there only being one outlet, she immediately said you can cancel while walking me to another barn and said to her in a professional manner, you are absolutely correct mam, I can take my money elsewhere. Because it's a need and not a want, I ignored her lack of professionalism. I asked ************ to please keep me abreast to the arrival date (to my property) and asked her to cc me only because ************ has been constitutionally incapable of being honest throughout the entire transaction that of which she did while I was sitting in front of her at her desk. On my way out her door she asked me to take back the companies review again and I politely said no absolutely not, why would I do that? She started yelling at me saying WHY NOT? WHY NOT?AFTER ALL I DONE FOR YOU? I refused to get in a shouting match with her and said have a great day Ms.. ***** ***** minutes later she called me to say she was canceling my order and issuing a refund. All because I would not rescind an honest review posted on the companies website. It's been 7 days and I still have no refund. Nor any returned calls from mgmt. REVIEWS ARE EARNED NOT EXTORTED.

  Our sales rep worked very closely with the customer to complete his custom built wood building. Our sales rep went above and beyond even going out to the customer's house to measure the site and confirming multiple times that the custom order was placed to the customer's liking. Upon delivery of the building to our lot, he was not satisfied with the build. Our sales rep offered to work with the manufacturer to make any necessary adjustments to the customers liking, the customer did not want this and was not satisfied with the structure as is. He would rather get his money back. It was approved to have his deposit refunded and has been refunded by the accounting department.
