  My overall experience with Upscale Moving has been seamless and phenomenal. We relocated from ******** to *********** and all our furniture and belongings made there intact. They handled everything with care. They were punctual and professional. We will be using their moving services in the future again.

  My move with them went great. I moved before and this was the 1st time my furniture was delivered on time, without usual 21 business days wait. Pick up team was good, but delivery team was better. Nothing got broken, this time either.I'll move with Upscale Movers again, if life makes us relocate again.

  Re Upscale Moving *** Hello,This is concerning the moving company that relocated ** from ** to SC on May 5, 2022. There were many items missing or broken. We finally agreed on a reimbursement amount of $491.70 with Jamonda Hills, the claims adjuster. Since we signed the documents releasing them from any further claims on Nov 29, 2022, our emails and phone calls, asking about the payment thats supposed to be coming, have been ignored. I think they hope well give up and go away.We appreciate any help you can give us.They have not been honest nor forthcoming. Beware!!!!!!!!*** S

  This Upscale Moving is part of a moving scam being run by Belmont Moving and Storage. Belmont provides you with an initial quote, and then send you closer to the date of the move an inventory sheet to validate the quote. Filled out the inventory, sent it in and never heard back from them. The day of the move the sub-contracted movers, Upscale Moving show up, not Belmont and triple the price of the initial quote. Upscale won't move anything until you pay the new price. Then it was guess work as to when my stuff would arrive at my new location. When I got the quote I was told 2 days after the pickup, but when Upscale showed up it could take 4-7 days. After many hours of phone calls, the subcontracted firm, Upscale Moving said the best they could do was 3 days. I also was not told that my stuff would be moved out of the truck, put in a warehouse, until another Upscale team picked it up. When finally delivered and Upscale won't start unloading until; you pay the remainder of the bill. The furniture was damaged, boxes where crushed and they lost a dresser to a very expensive matched bedroom suite. That was Sept 17th, 2022 and as of today Nov 8th I still not not have my dresser and Upscale says they do not know where it is. This is part of a 5 piece solid cherry Amish made bedroom set. Yesterday they offered my $70 for this $5000 dollar piece of furniture.I have contacted the ******************************************* with my complaint. This organization issues the licenses for interstate moving.

  Upscale Moving was hired to move my stuff from GA to **. The original pickup date was June ***** so that my stuff was guaranteed to be in ** the weekend of June 25. I took off work so that I could be there when the movers arrived. On June 20, I got a call saying that the movers would be there that day. I was in the middle of my work day so I told them to stick to the original days agreed. The pickup date got switched 3 times and they failed to notify me each time. My stuff was finally picked up on June 24. Fast forward to July 2nd and I still dont have my stuff. The driver was supposed to show up between 5-7 but never showed up. I called the company back and no one can get in touch with the driver. The only answer I can get is, The driver will call when your stuff is ready to be delivered. The company has all of my furniture and me and my family have had to change our schedules multiple times for them and they dont show up. I am paying to much money to not get an answer and not have my stuff delivered on time.

  We do apologize for experience however, after going over your file it showed that we tried to contact you multiple times with no responds. We then reached out to the broker to get in contact with you on 6/22/22. Then on 6/23/22 we emailed you about your pick up becasue no one was able to get in contact with you. As far as delivery goes if you look at the paperwork that you signed at pick up it showed that the date that you give us is a window date for scheudling. However, we understand that your concerns and we apologize for not explaining the process better. Thank you and as always have a wonderful and bless day.

  TERRIBLE COMPANY. Upscale Moving lost one of our boxes I understand mistakes can happen. The horror of my experience with them, however, has been the realization that THEY DO NOT CARE about losing a box they were paid to move. No one in the company will talk to me about the missing box, reply to my emails or texts. I can forgive a mistake but not the failure to acknowledge it and the lack of effort to make it right. Upscale Moving has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bottom line, if you actually want all of your stuff to get from point A to point ******* SOMEONE ELSE.
