My experience with New Life Relocation moving company was horrible. They crushed two *****" flat screen tvs, cut one of the electrical cords to my adjustable king size bed now inoperable, broken dishes, broken lamp, missing part to my desk, scratched and chipped many pieces of furniture, If that wasn't bad enough New Life charged me an additional $2500 charge that the driver could not explain. I said I wasn't paying until I received a response and he said he would have dispatcher call me. It was obvious that they were not going to unload the truck until payment was rendered. I feel I was definitely scammed out of $2500 as a single woman and $129 for settlement to all the damage was an insult. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact New Life, but 888 number always goes to voicemail and no return calls yet. I even called the moving company broker *********************, to receive explanation but have not received a response from them either. Horrible, horrible experience from 10.31.24 and continues today. Unfortunately I couldnt remove 1 star.
