    Irresponsible Company That Plays with Customers' Time and Emotion.I ordered a smart air purifier with WiFi from Crowdfused.com and waited over two weeks with no updatesonly to have the order suddenly canceled due to quality control issues. Their customer support said replacements werent available, yet the same product is still being sold on their site at a much higher price.Its clear they cancelled my order just to relist it for more money. During that time, I missed better prices at other retailers, and now Im left paying more elsewhere due to their delay and dishonesty.Their standard order process take 5-6 to process the payment and an additional 2-3 days to ship, which is ridiculous. Their only follow-up is that their warehouse is "overloaded". Slow service. No accountability. Very poor experience. AVOID THIS SITEthey do not honor their pricing or treat customers fairly.The best thing everyone can do is to file a complaint with a local consumer protection agency, such as the ************************ (***) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We need to put pressure on Crowdfused.com to act responsibly.

    Upon reading the reviews for Crowdfused.com and having already placed an order, I became very skeptical and nervous. I tried to cancel my order but was told that the item had already shipped and would be delivered on Thursday. I am so happy that I waited as the shipment arrived on Thursday and delivered in a very professional way. I am very impressed with Crowdfused.com and will definitely order from this company again!!
