    Not recommended.- Over promised, under delivered. (1 week morphed in 9 weeks)- Over charged.- Substandard Repairs.- Not All Covered repairs performed.A reputable business owner would have acknowledged the issue then worked with us to correct it, instead of fabricating excuses, attacking our personal character, and misrepresenting the truth.I am going to address misinformation *** and ******* posted in their reply to this post on ****** (which they have since hired a company to remove)*** states we provided her with a Fraudulent Check - issued by ********************** Really?Stretch states Progressive didn't refund money for us to go elsewhere to have the remaining covered repairs completed. Not true.Stretch claims he has surveillance video of me working on my generator. That is impossible - I never did.RV repair technician wouldn't use the "new" ladder because it is such a poor installation (bent and missing fasteners, etc.)I'm told ******* once had a reputation for the finest body work in the area. This is no longer the case and of course I had to be the one to find this out the hard way!******* told me he would put the bolt and nut back in the steps that fell out in his parking lot. He did not, and he kept the nut and bolt.******* told me he had a windshield person that would replace the cracked windshield. He did not.Stretch kept my flagpole mounts from the old ladder.Mismanagement, poor work and terrible customer service will eventually take its toll on this business.Until then, save yourself a lot of wasted time and money by selecting another RV repair facility.Way below average.RM1(SS) ********************************** (***)100% Service-Connected Disabled Veteran FMCA ****** Good *** IRV2.com
