this is by far the most unprofessional and worst cleaning company Ive ever dealt with. They not only showed up 2 days late to complete a job, THEY NEVER COMPLETED THE *** AND ARE TRYING TO KEEP THE DEPOSIT. My uncle gave his number to one of the cleaners to communicate when he would be available for the clean to be finished and because he did this the owner claims my uncle violated the companys policies and they wont clean? LOL my uncle isnt subject to the companys policies NOR DID WE KNOW HE SHOULDNT COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY WITH THE CLEANER! Absolute disaster and now they wont refund us our money. Im going to have to take them to small claims court to fight this but I am trying to get the word out so others dont make the same mistake I did!!!! DO NOT USE!Review fromAmy O

Contacted ******* and asked for her to come to my lakefront home for a quote. She stated she would prefer to use the internet to research my home and quoted me a price of $300 for my 5 bed/ 3 1/2 bath home . She was a no show on 3 separate days When she finally came she texted: Hey ***. We are here and looking around. I know I quoted you $300 for 5/3 but after seeing the size and condition we can't do it for that price. I do apologize. It is 7 beds and 3.5 bathrooms and pretty large. We can still do it but for us to do everything and do it correctly, it will be $900.It really needs a deep clean if I'm being honest and for us to do that would be $2500. That is a top to bottom cleaning and would take a full day to complete.I asked her to leave as this is not believable nor is it honest Towels had already been washed, all beds were stripped and the dishes had been washed and were clean in the dishwasher. The house was in good shape. It is cleaned regularly and I do not rent it This bait and switch tactic is very unprofessional and in my opinion, not truthful. No documentation was provided of the condition ( pictures) Again, the house was in good shape and certainly would not be a $900 clean, much less the $2500 she tried to request. I manage a beachfront condo, a home in ******* and this Lakehouse. Its not my first time dealing with a housekeeper but it IS the first time to be treated in this manner. Less than an hour later ******* texted and said, If you would like I can do it this time for that price. I apologize for any misunderstanding While that is polite, I do not trust her and just wanted to prevent this from happening to someone else. It was very frustrating and time consuming. Communication needs to be improved and quotes should be done in person. It is not a good business practice to triple the estimate because you didnt realize the house was as large as it was or that a bedroom might have twin beds.Review fromLeigh V

I booked Wonderfully Maid 2 weeks in advance and they were a NO SHOW. I called and texted, she finally got back and said she had a family emergency. Reluctantly, I gave her another chance after she asked several times to reschedule. Again, she was a NO SHOW.Review fromSteven M

I hired Wonderfully Maid after another cleaning company left the area and I have been very happy with their cleaning. I am super picky because I want my guests at my short term rental to have a very clean and sparkly place and I have not had any guests ever complain about the cleanliness, matter of fact since I hired them I have received all 5 stars on cleanliness! They always let me know if a guest doesnt leave the place as they should and they provide many pictures as well. I highly recommend them!Review fromScott M

My family is very disappointed with our working relationship with Wonderfully Maid, LLC. While she did a good job cleaning, communication was like pulling teeth. We had to contact her for each of our 2 scheduled appointments to ask if she was coming because she was not on time and when she did arrive it was at least 2 hours late and her arrival time kept changing with each text. While we are very sympathetic to a small business owner, who has medical issues arise, a text to let us know that our appointment needed to be rescheduled or that she would be late was all that was needed. The final text from her, over 2 hours after she was to have arrived, was full of excuses and untruths about her said lack of communication.Wonderfully Maid Cleaning Co, LLC

***************************** I appreciate your feedback now, here is my truth. You nor your mom had to contact me on both appointments. The first one I messaged yall and said I was running about 45 minutes behind and I was reaching out to let you know. Your mom replied and said thanks and that ***** and ********************* home and and to beep when we got there and **** would let us in. I then said thank you and see you soon. I messaged again to let her know that we are late but on our way and that I got something for her (your mom). She replied ok. I messaged at 12:10 and said coming up. We cleaned the home. This was a scheduled maintenance clean only but we worked for almost 6 hours on it, doing more than listed. I messaged her at almost 6pm and told her we were leaving. Thursday, the 27th, you messaged me at 10:55am and asked me if I was coming. I said shoot, I forgot to message you this morning, its been crazy. I was going to see if we can change the appointment to Saturday because I have to be in *********** at 1:30pm for a surgery exam. I then told you that we didnt get off work and home until 4am and that I didnt get scheduled with them until that evening. We agreed to Saturday at noon. I messaged you and told you that we would be leaving in about 15 minutes and that would put us there around 1ish and is that fine? You said yes, sounds good. I messaged you again and asked what time your company was coming and something came up. You said 5 hours away. The last message I sent said its ***********, right? You then replied with a text talking about we were over 3 hours late the first clean and how we dont know the town and late I replied and explained to you that we were not 3 hours late and how I had called and text to keep you updated. I also told you how the *** had put in another town when I typed your address so I was confirming it was ***********. I also told you how I was in *********** and 10 minutes away. After all of that you resorted back to saying how I was 3 hours late.People like you I do not want to work for because you cant seem to realize people have issues that arise at any given time. I was in severe pain but yet I still cleaned your house for 6 hours for you. You had told me the first visit how your knees hurt so I even made it a point to go get you some CBD ointment (part of why I was a bit late) to help you. For you to say I never called, messaged, or let yall know that I was late is a complete lie. As a matter of fact, I told you 6 times so you would know. As far as medical issues arising, my surgery is in a couple of days. Instead of assuming Im late for no good reason, try asking the person if they are ok first. Maybe, just maybe there is something you dont know about going on with them. This will be my only reply to this comment. I find it ludicrous to post something like this on a small business owners page, especially when the facts arent correct. This could really hurt someones livelihood and reputation. People that comment to the post without knowing the truth are pre judging a situation they dont even know, especially when the one accused hasnt even spoken yet. People lack compassion but yet say they are Christians. Wow!Wonderfully Maid Cleaning Co, LLC
