    Aspen Dental in ******* GA billing department will charge you an out of pocket cost before your treatment, even though the insurance information explains to them, the complete service will be paid in full, causing an over payment. I requested a refund and was told it could be used toward future appointments, per my insurance company, my 1st treatment and the next appointment would be fully covered by my insurance. My next appointment they wanted me to pay out of pocket $113.80, the 1st appointment was $********* dental claims summary shows 2 claims requested the date for my 1st treatment, one denied and the other claim processed. I think a denied claim is used to generate the out of pocket expense. I had to file a discrepancy claim with my insurance company before Aspen Dental in *******, GA would show a credit. Aspen Dental in ******* GA refused to discuss my account with my insurance company without my consent. My dental visit was 10/31/2024, I was told 11/13/2024 after repeat calls and after Aspen Dental not talking with my insurance company, without my consent that I had a credit. I told her I wanted a refund, she told me it would take 10 days to process, my credit card charge was posted within 24 hours.Please check with your Dental ***************** before paying Aspen Dental in ******* GA money before your service. The Doctor and Dental Hygienist were impeccable.

    Aspen Dental is widely know for poor service. I saw them in December of 2022, paid up front for dentures and 15 extractions. My first visit wasn't until January. I had received many "we have to reshcedules" before any work was done. I finally good all my teeth pulled and had "temporary" dentures. They did not fit at all. I opened my mouth and they would fall out. I went back 2 days after the extractions, they adjusted them with no better result. It has been 3 months now and they are finally going to make me a new temporary. I have fought and fought with these people and they just suck!!! They don't listen to anything you have to say. 6 months is a long time to go with just a temporary denture...especially when they don't fit!! Stay away from Aspen Dental as much as possible. They are money grabbers and don't give a s*** about you, just your money.
