    $10,000 of “refinished” floors from Custom View Exteriors. Only 2 rooms, no bedrooms. Just the kitchen and living room. About 600 sq ft. ****** ** ** *** ********* I would be happy to share. You can see the patches... They came back twice to “fix it” and the last time they left me the urethane and told me I could patch any missed spots. As you will see from the pictures, it has a lot of dry patchy spots. For reference. We remodeled 2 other homes on the same street, had another company do the work. Only charged $2,400 to refinish the same type of floors… for 3 bedrooms, dining and living rooms… about 1200 sq ft and the floors look AMAZING. Still has some dark spots because like these floors, they’re original 1930s floors and we didn’t to a deep sand, but they are shiny, all glossy and very well done. Don’t waste your money with this company. They overcharge, the project wasn’t even done and the owner, Josh S****, called to demand payment. Told me I was going to get a late fee if I didn’t pay up immediately. Again, there was still his crew in the house working so how I could get a late fee on unfinished work that I paid 1/2 up front for is beyond my understanding. I did pay him - but as you will see, I shouldn’t have since the work was left unfinished.
