    This is a customer satisfaction email. I was helped on 6/19/2023 by ***************************. She was the most pleasant and technically competent individual I have spoken with at call center assistance services in over a decade. She found the replacement part I was speaking about, mostly through her own search and knowledge of the mechanical equipment to which I was referring. It should be noted that every big box store, hardware store, and garden supply center I went to had no idea the part was actually called a "check valve". ****** found it within minutes.At 71yo, I can only tell you she was the breath of fresh air I've been hoping for in a long time. You have an absolute winner there! Thank you so much, ******!
